Annual meeting minutes.
Sept 07, 2018
The Annual meeting of the friends of the 169 was held on Friday, September 7 at 12:30 PM in President Charles Proudfoot’s hotel room at the National Narrow Gauge Convention.
Members present John Massura, Lori Flom, and Michael Moore. Routine business was transacted.
Terry Woolsey reported that he has no stencils for the letter board “Denver and Rio Grande Western” we will need to send him a broadside picture of a car so lettered, so he can make stencils.
There were two questions related to boiler work on the locomotive. The answer is the person we were talking to last year did not pan out we have a line on to other possibilities.
Being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 12:45 PM
Respectfully submitted
Charles Proudfoot President.
